SHIPPING FEES

We offer free standard shipping for prepaid orders across India.
A flat fee of INR 120 is charged on all cash on delivery orders.
Express shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the parcel. It is only available for metro cities at the moment. To opt for express shipping, you can send us an email at info@aughts.in

Please note, express shipping requests can be accepted or declined subject to product availability.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

For standard shipping, orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) within India. If you opt for our express shipping option, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days. 
In case the piece(s) you’ve ordered aren’t readily available please allow us some time to restock. The shipment period may take longer and one of our staff members will send you a notification of delay via email. 
If you have ordered multiple items then your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In this case you will be notified of the tracking number when each shipment occurs.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your email address that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

• SERVICE DELAYS
  Aughts is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
• Please note, during sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch you may experience a 2-5 days delay in receiving your order. (Please note: Business days do not include the weekend)

• Aughts will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 24 hours of receiving the product and shipping fees shall be paid by the customer.
• Aughts does not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE.
• Aughts has a no-refund policy but in the case of your product being damaged, lacking in quality or if the wrong products were delivered, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will try our best to send you the correct ones right away.
• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at info@aughts.in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
